Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, social media)
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
Understand client hiring needs and pitch relevant HR solutions
Conduct cold outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
Schedule and participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person)
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain CRM data and track sales activities
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of digital sales / online lead generation
Good communication and presentation skills (English + local language preferred)
Confidence in speaking with clients and pitching services
Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, Google Workspace
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of recruitment or HR services is an added advantage
Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus
