We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development professional with proven experience in Government and PSU sales within the manpower services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tendering processes, government procurement portals such as GeM, and a strong track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with Government departments, PSUs, and other institutional clients.

• Generate new business for manpower services through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

• Manage the complete tendering lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and submitting proposals through GeM and other government procurement portals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government tenders to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Government/PSU sales.

• Strong experience in manpower services and business development.

• Hands-on experience with GeM, e-procurement portals, and government tendering processes.

• Proven track record in hardcore B2G sales and revenue generation.

• Good understanding of manpower service delivery and related business processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

• Technical degree from a recognized institution.
