Senior Manager – Real Estate (Plot Sales)

Peach Reality & Infratech LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Real Estate to lead our plot sales business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Drive sales of residential and commercial plots.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

• Manage channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

• Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Experience in channel partner management and business development.

• Bachelor's degree (MBA is an added advantage).
