Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Software Development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving revenue growth by offering customized software solutions to domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT software development sector.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Engage with decision-makers to understand business requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.
Promote services including:
Custom Software Development
Web Application Development
Mobile Application Development
SaaS Product Development
Enterprise Software Solutions
API Development & System Integration
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents in coordination with technical teams.
Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) and deliver solution presentations.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development (Software Services preferred).
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Basic understanding of modern software development technologies, including:
Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular
Backend Technologies: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, PHP
Full-Stack Frameworks: MERN / MEAN
Mobile Technologies: React Native / Flutter
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling B2B clients (international market exposure preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
Strong proposal writing and requirement understanding skills.
