We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Oaklines, a manufacturer of premium modular kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture and interior solutions. The role involves generating leads, handling customer enquiries, building client relationships and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calling, networking and other channels.
Handle inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, Meta ads and referrals.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and close deals.
Follow up with prospects and achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in interiors, furniture or construction.
Strong sales skills and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market; architect and interior designer contacts preferred.
Willingness to travel for site visits and achieve sales targets.
