General Manager – Construction & Building

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage overall construction and project operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, costing, billing, procurement, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance across projects.
• Handle multiple projects and resolve critical operational issues.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project and site teams.
• Prepare and review project progress and performance reports.
• Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
• Report directly to the Directors/Management.
Requirements
• 20–25 years of experience in Construction & Building.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management• preferred.
• Strong experience in large-scale building/construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, costing, and commercial management.
