Business Development Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Interns to join Learn Confident. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity in Bengaluru, where you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, student counseling, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify student leads through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and campus networks.

Counsel prospective students about Learn Confident's training and internship programs.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.

Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

Promote Learn Confident's programs through social media and campus outreach.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates or students pursuing B.Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Com, MCA, or related courses.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and social media platforms.

Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Career Growth:

Probation Period: 2 months

Stipend: ₹18,000 per month + performance incentives up to ₹7,000

Full-Time Opportunity: After successful completion of the probation period, high-performing candidates may receive a full-time offer with a CTC of ₹4.5–5.5 LPA.
