Qualification: Degree/Diploma in International Trade, Export Management, Foreign Trade, or related fields About Us KGSK Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing food products import-export company focused on expanding its presence in global markets. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive international sales growth and develop long-term relationships with buyers and distributors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Development
• Identify and develop potential buyers, importers, and distributors across international markets.
• Generate leads through emails, calls, trade portals, and B2B platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Client Management & Sales Conversion
• Convert qualified leads into export orders.
• Manage communication with overseas clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities. Export Operations Support
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and logistics.
• Assist in export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international trade requirements. Market Research & Reporting
• Monitor global market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and product segments. Required Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in International Business Development, Export-Import, or Global Sales.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and export documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and B2B platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Compensation & Benefits
