Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
Maintain and update customer database regularly
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling customer conversations
Ability to work with targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Freshers are welcome
Prior telesales experience is an added advantage
