Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our business in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans

• Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and domestic clients

• Lead and mentor the business development team

• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

• Achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales

• Strong knowledge of online bidding and lead generation

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proven ability to close high-value deals

• Experience in team handling and performance management

• Target-driven with strong strategic thinking
