Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary Range (India)
Fresher: ₹2–3 LPA
Experienced (1–3 years): ₹4–8 LPA
Incentives/Commission: Performance-based
