A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals, often working within set targets. They manage client relationships from initial inquiry to post-sale, requiring strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and proficiency in CRM software to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media to build a pipeline.

• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs to offer tailored property solutions.

• Property Viewings: Organize, promote, and accompany clients on site visits and property viewings.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals to achieve monthly or quarterly targets.

• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, B2C sales, or business development.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM), and problem-solving skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Traits: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Work Environment
This is often a field-based role involving travel for site visits and client meetings, sometimes requiring work on weekends.
