Data Sourcing and Management
• Source accurate contact details from online sources such as LinkedIn, Google Search, etc. and also work on leads provided in the ERP software of the organization.
• Maintain the database using the organization’s internal ERP Software.
• Update about leads status on real time basis on the ERP.
Sales Meetings
• Prepare for meetings through structured research about the target client.
• Conduct effective sales meetings in order to:
– Understand the client’s brand ecosystem
– Position DesignerPeople as the best choice for the client
– Explain client about the services we offer in detail.
Sales Proposals
• Create presentations based on client requirements by doing research about their products and services on the internet.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to generate proposals and add their inputs along.
Sales Conversion
• Negotiate win-win deals.
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
Client Coordination
• Write professional emails to record all discussions with the client.
• Doing personal meeting, zoom/google meets to understand client’s requirement and understand their vision. Post the meeting MOM email will be shared with the client keeping management in CC.
• Act as the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event.
• Manage client’s project on day to day basis and providing them inputs on whatsapp and emails keeping management in loop.
• Keep a track of project deadlines and if by any chance it is getting delayed or client is unhappy, involve management on immediate basis.
