About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our IT software sales team. This is a field sales role focused on client acquisition, relationship building, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT software solutions
·        Conduct field sales activities, client visits, and product demonstrations
·        Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
·        Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
·        Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
·        Maintain sales reports and follow-up records

Required Skills & Qualifications:
·        Fresher to 3 years of experience in IT/software sales or field sales
·        Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
·        Strong understanding of sales concepts and customer handling
·        Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
·        Ability to travel locally for field sales activities
·        Mandatory: Own two-wheeler (Bike)
