• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets and territories.

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling and other business development activities.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.

• Present and explain the company’s products/services and value proposition to customers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular customer and market visits.

• Travel across India as required for customer meetings and business development.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, order execution, delivery and after-sales support.

• Monitor competitor activities, customer requirements, pricing trends and market developments.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, follow-ups and sales opportunities.

• Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, client meetings and other business development events as required.
