• Drive business growth by onboarding and managing D2C customers and residential societies
• Engage customers through multiple channels (digital, in-person, community interactions)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and society representatives
• Work closely with internal teams to execute growth and expansion initiatives
• Follow up on provided leads and actively generate new business opportunities
• Participate in occasional field visits for meetings, society activations, and partnerships
• Track activities, leads, and performance using CRM and digital tools
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve acquisition strategies
• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Acquisition
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, food-tech, agri-tech, or consumer-facing businesses preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a mostly office-based role and occasional field work
• Ability to manage leads and customer interactions across multiple channels
• MBA is an added advantage (not mandatory)
• Self-driven, growth-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment
