Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, eligibility, and career outcomes
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-ins
Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and learning outcomes
Convert leads into enrollments while maintaining ethical counseling standards
Follow up with interested students until closure
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and admission teams
Address student queries, concerns, and post-admission support
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or EdTech sales (freshers can apply if strong communicators)
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
