Job description:

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at a reputed performing arts academy in Chinar Park, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities and develop potential client relationships.

· Identify and explore new markets, business partnerships, and revenue-generation opportunities.

· Promote the academy’s courses, programs, and services to prospective students and clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, corporate clients, and other relevant organisation.

· Conduct meetings, presentations, and business visits to achieve organisational growth targets.

· Develop strategies to increase student enrolments and expand the academy’s reach.

· Prepare business reports and regularly update management on progress and achievements.

Candidate Requirements:

· Male candidates with relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client acquisition.

· Experience in the education sector, training institutes, or performing arts industry will be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

· Smart, presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality.

· Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

· Must be willing to travel extensively within Kolkata and outside the city whenever required.

· Ability to independently generate business leads and convert opportunities into revenue.

· Monthly Remuneration: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
