Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors, corporate partners, local businesses and brands.

• Generate sponsorship leads for Cyber Awareness Seminars, Cyber Defence initiatives and other approved SITLCS projects.

• Contact business owners, marketing managers, CSR teams and decision-makers through professional channels.

• Explain sponsorship opportunities, benefits and available packages.

• Arrange meetings and follow up with interested sponsors.

• Coordinate sponsorship proposals, presentations and negotiations with the management team.

• Maintain a database of sponsor leads, communications, meetings and deal status.

• Build long-term relationships with sponsors for repeat programs and future collaborations.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper handover after a sponsorship deal is confirmed.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills.

• Experienced candidates in sales, business development, sponsorship sales or corporate partnerships.

• Candidates with contacts among business owners, schools, colleges, coaching centres, local brands or corporate marketing teams.

• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and achieve targets.

Compensation

• Commission-based; no fixed salary.

• Commission structure will be discussed and documented before engagement.

• Compensation will be based on approved terms and eligible sponsorship business secured.

• Payment eligibility and timing will be defined in the written agreement.

Work Mode

Remote / Work From Home.

Candidates should have access to a smartphone, internet connection and the ability to communicate professionally with prospective sponsors.

• Only officially approved sponsorship packages and proposals may be offered.

• Candidates must not make unauthorized promises regarding publicity, audience reach, government affiliation or sponsor benefits.

• Sponsorship funds must be paid directly into the company's authorized account.

• All commission payments are subject to the signed agreement and applicable laws.
