The Role- As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying
opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in
expanding our market presence and showcasing solutions that improve the way people work
What You’ll Do -
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities across targeted industries by researching
high-potential clients and emerging segments.
• Build a powerful sales pipeline through consistent outreach, smart qualification, and proactive
follow-ups.
• Engage with clients to understand their workspace challenges and recommend the most suitable pod
solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine strategy and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Craft compelling proposals, quotations & presentations that clearly communicate value and drive
conversions.
• Represent the brand with confidence in meetings, demos, and client interactions, ensuring a
premium experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production & design teams to deliver seamless pre- and
post-sales execution.
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent support, strong communication, and
trust-building.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor research.
• Creative problem-solving with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage long-term accounts and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and structured reporting.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative.
