Job Description

We are seeking an Intern, who is full of creative ideas and eager to contribute on a large scale. The intern will gain visibility into the inner workings and aspects of the public relations field, provide concrete deliverables and learn from top to bottom. As a Business Development and Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities

➢ Identify and research potential clients within the target market.

➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking efforts.

➢ Conduct sales presentations and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities.

➢ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.

➢ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

➢ Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to the management team.

➢ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive insights to identify new business opportunities.

➢ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

➢ Target Completion (2 to 3 client should be provided by you for every month)

Requirements

➢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

➢ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

➢ Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.

➢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

➢ Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
