Job Summary
Milestone Projects is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and business growth in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.
Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Follow up with clients for feedback and additional hiring needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Recruitment Sales.
Experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry will be preferred.
