Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator/Manager to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team and clients for property bookings and site visits
Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and sales records
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly performance reports
Assist in documentation, agreements, and booking formalities
Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and closures
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) for smooth transactions
Manage CRM software and ensure accurate data entry
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
