Business Development Lead – Able Aura Sports Academy (Pune & Chennai)
Able Aura Sports Academy is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth and manage city-level operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about management and sales who want to contribute to expanding an academy dedicated to empowering children.
The selected candidate will lead city sales efforts, set and achieve targets and KPIs, and execute strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, leading and mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams on promotional activities, analyzing performance metrics, managing potential risks, and supporting events, workshops, and community outreach programs. Regular reporting to senior management on performance and growth opportunities is required.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree with 0–2 years of sales experience and strong knowledge of lead generation. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should be customer-focused, capable of managing teams and multiple responsibilities independently, and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
