We are looking for a dynamic Presales Executive to support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical/commercial understanding, and a customer-focused mindset.
Understand client requirements through calls, emails, and meetings
Coordinate with sales, design, and technical teams to prepare solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and presentations
Handle incoming leads and qualify them before passing to sales
Provide product/service information and resolve basic client queries
Maintain CRM data, lead status, and follow-up records
Support sales team during client pitches and negotiations
Assist in preparing cost estimates and timelines
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates
