Roles & Responsibilities of Service/Business Coordinator
· coordinating day-to-day after-sales service activities,
· Tracking customer complaints and service requests, scheduling and following up on service jobs
· AMC coordination and revenue for B2b customer and OEM follow-up.
· CRM generation of ticket and quotation sharing.
· Coordinating with technicians and field teams, ensuring timely closure of cases,
· Monitoring turnaround time (TAT), maintaining job cards and service documentation,
· Coordinating spare-parts requirements, preparing service MIS reports,
· Supporting escalation management.
· The role will also assist in EV/automotive service activities, customer communication, warranty/service documentation and continuous improvement of service processes.
