We are looking for a result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to manage our telecalling team and drive overall company sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for planning strategies, managing a team of 50+ telecallers, and increasing sales across India in banking-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall company sales growth
Manage and supervise a team of 50+ telecallers
Monitor daily calling data and sales performance
Create and implement sales strategies and plans
Train, guide, and motivate the telecalling team
Personally follow up on pending and high-value leads
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Handle sales of banking products (passbooks, registers, etc.) across India
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with team leaders to improve team performance
Requirements:
Experience in sales (team handling preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to manage and motivate a large team
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
