Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Associate for our Recruitment & Placement division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in corporate client handling, staffing solutions, and B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to corporate clients and pitch RPO & staffing solutions
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
Manage job orders and maintain strong client relationships
Secure contracts for temporary & permanent staffing requirements

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in a Placement / Recruitment Agency
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficient in LinkedIn networking
Target-driven with a proven sales track record
