We are looking for a Branch Manager – Aviation Academy to join our team at Star Alliance Aviation Academy. The role focuses on expanding the student and client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new student admission and partnership opportunities in the market.

  • Build strong, professional relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients through regular communication.

  • Promote aviation training programs and services that align with customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and administrative services.

  • Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

  • Provide regular feedback and performance insights to the management team.

    Job Requirements:
    The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor’s degree (any stream) with 1–3 years of experience in education, administration, or branch operations. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to achieve targets effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
