Branch Sales Manager - AHF Loan Sourcing & Volume Targets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for home loan disbursals and login numbers. Drive new customer acquisition through direct field sales, local area mapping, and channel partners. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Channel & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong networks with real estate builders, developers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). Generate referral pipelines and repeat business through active source engagement. Maintain healthy conversion ratios from lead generation to final loan disbursement. Coordinate smoothly with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to fast-track approvals and disbursals.
