Stepping out into the local catchment area for direct client acquisition and lead generation.
Asset cross-selling:
Generating leads for retail loans (home loans, personal loans, auto loans) and credit cards.
2. Cross-Selling Financial ProductsInvestment & Insurance:
Selling third-party financial products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
Fee Income:
Driving sales of Demat accounts, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), and Fixed Deposits (FDs) to existing customers.
3. Lead Management & ConversionFunnel building:
Generating leads through branch walk-ins, local corporate visits, ATMs, cold calling, and referrals.
Follow-up:
Converting leads into actual sales within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Ensuring smooth and error-free account opening and onboarding processes.
Retention:
Assisting customers with their day-to-day queries and building long-term relationships to reduce attrition.
