Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective patients from provided leads, introducing Skinroots Clinic’s skin and hair treatment services.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, answering basic queries, and scheduling appointments for consultations.
Maintain and update patient and lead information accurately in the clinic’s CRM system.
Follow up with potential patients to nurture interest and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with sales counselors and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
Track call metrics, lead status, and contribute to lead generation strategies.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all patient communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or related fields.
Clear and confident verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle objections positively and convert leads effectively.
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
