Salary Range:- ₹3.00₹ LPA - 6.00₹ LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
Candidate requirements:-
Experience:- 5-7 Years in field sales, business development, or regional sales roles
Job Type:- Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Candidate Qualifaction:- Graduate in any strem or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred)
Work Location:- North East India,(Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh)
(Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel extensively within the region.)

• Local candidates are not allowed for the North East region.
• Free accommodation will be provided at the North East location.
Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed annual salary ranging from ₹3.00 LPA to ₹6.00 LPA (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview
Designation:- Assistant Regional Manager
Reporting To Regional Manager
The Assistant Regional Manager will play a key role in supporting regional sales operations, expanding market presence, and driving business growth across the North East India region. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive field involvement, and the ability to manage distributor and sales teams effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the Regional Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring sales and business development activities across the North East region
• Manage, guide, and motivate Field Sales Executives and Business Development Executives (BDEs) to ensure achievement of assigned targets
• Identify, appoint, and develop distributors, dealers, and channel partners to strengthen market penetration
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer performance, customer requirements, and market potential
• Handle key client interactions, dealer negotiations, and conflict resolution when required
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and product movement in the region
• Analyze sales data and prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for submission to the Head Office
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, reporting formats, and operational procedures
