Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Kotak 811 Process. This role involves assisting customers with basic banking-related queries through voice support. The position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in the banking and BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 accounts
Assist customers with account-related queries, basic banking services, and issue resolution
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines
Ensure quality service delivery as per company standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC / Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply
Communication: Basic English communication skills required
Age: As per company norms
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Joining Bonus: ₹5,500
Weekly Off: Rotational off
Transport Facility: Pick & Drop available from Thane Railway Station to office
