The Team Leader – Sales Process is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving revenue targets, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and improving overall team performance. This role involves coaching, monitoring, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team achievement
Monitor calls/interactions to ensure quality and adherence to sales scripts
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, call quality, and productivity
