Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers who engage with and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) Partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.

Drive team performance against activation and sales targets.

Monitor and improve partner on-boarding and engagement activities.

Ensure effective management of POSP relationships and business generation.

Support the team in resolving partner queries and operational challenges.

Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and process adherence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Motor Insurance is mandatory.

Candidates with prior team handling experience will be preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Target-driven with the ability to drive business outcomes.

High-performing individual contributors with leadership potential may also be considered.
