Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our banking operations and sales team. The role involves assisting in daily banking operations, customer handling, and promoting banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day branch operations and documentation.

• Support customers in account opening, KYC verification, and service requests.

• Promote banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

• Handle basic customer queries and provide prompt solutions.

• Maintain accurate records and reports as per bank policy.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (training will be provided).

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).
