An Assistant Sales Manager acts as the bridge between frontline sales execution and strategic planning. They support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, supervising the sales team, analyzing performance data, and ensuring that daily sales operations run smoothly to consistently meet or exceed company targets.

1. Team Leadership & Development
Coaching & Onboarding: Train, mentor, and onboard new sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly KPIs of the sales team, conduct call reviews, and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion rates.
Motivation: Help organize incentives, motivate staff, and maintain a positive, high-energy working environment.
