Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Motor / General
Insurance to support business operations, client servicing, and policy management. The
candidate will assist senior team members and ensure smooth execution of insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling motor and general insurance policies (issuance, renewal,
endorsements).
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims.
Support senior team members in business development and client servicing.
Manage client queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of policies, clients, and transactions.
Follow up on renewals and ensure business retention.
Assist in claims processing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of motor and general insurance products.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
