
Responsibility :
The Assistant Manager – CASA is responsible for acquiring new Current & Savings Accounts, building customer relationships, and supporting branch business growth while ensuring compliance with Axis Bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts) through field sales and branch referrals
• Source NTB (New to Bank) customers
• Cross-sell banking products: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD/RD
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank norms
• Achieve monthly CASA targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with branch operations team for account activation
• Provide excellent customer service and query resolution
