Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for home loans through field sales and customer visits.
Visit prospective customers, builders, channel partners and other business sources.
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Conduct regular field visits and monitor team performance.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, bank representatives and business partners.
Explain home loan products and coordinate the loan application process.
Follow up with customers and ensure proper lead conversion.
Maintain daily sales reports, field visit records and lead status.
Travel within the assigned area as required for business development.
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
Experience in home loans, banking, financial services or real estate sales preferred.
Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Good customer handling and business development skills.
Must be comfortable with field work, outdoor visits and local travel.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Salary: As per experience and company budget.
