We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Kolkata and surrounding areas. The candidate should have experience in sales of plywood, laminates, membrane doors, wooden doors, or related building materials, with strong dealer and project sales exposure. Experience with architects, contractors, interior designers, and distributors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for plywood, laminates, membrane doors, and wooden doors.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects, monitor competitor activities, and gather market insights.
Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners and retail networks.
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and MIS updates.
Promote company products and increase brand visibility in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Plywood / Laminates / Doors / Building Materials / Interior Products sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle field sales and extensive travel within assigned areas.
Good understanding of dealer sales, project sales, and market development.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Preferred: Candidates with existing networks among dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors in Kolkata and nearby regions.
