एडमिशन काउंसलर

Position Summary

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, understanding their academic goals, matching them with the right programs, and ensuring a seamless enrolment experience. This role requires strong communication, counseling ability, and a student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Student Engagement & Counseling

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents.

• Understand academic backgrounds, aspirations, and coaching needs.

• Explain Absolute Foundation’s programs (JEE/NEET/Medical/Engineering streams) clearly and effectively.

✅ Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Respond to incoming inquiries from calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.

• Proactively follow up with prospective students to drive conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM.

✅ Admission Process Support

• Assist students with application forms, documentation, fee structures, timelines, and program schedules.

• Guide new students through onboarding and orientation procedures.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and track campaign success.

• Report weekly/monthly counseling outcomes and enrollment metrics to management.

• Suggest improvements based on student feedback and conversion trends.

✅ Community Outreach

• Participate in career guidance seminars, school visits, workshops, and educational fairs.

• Build and nurture relationships with partner schools, coaching centres, and educational influencers.

Skills & Qualifications

📜 Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Humanities, or related).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling and active-listening abilities.

• Target-driven, proactive approach with empathy for student needs.

• Comfortable working with CRM and MS Office / Google Workspace.

🌟 Preferred

• Experience in student counseling, coaching admissions, or educational services.

• Knowledge of competitive exams such as JEE/NEET/AIIMS/AFMC and their admissions ecosystem.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
