🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can effectively counsel prospective students, drive enrolments, and guide students throughout the admission process.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective online and offline counseling with prospective students.

• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.

• Provide complete handholding and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process.

• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team sales and revenue goals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversions.

• Work towards career growth and progression into the role of Senior Admission Counselor.

👤 Who Can Apply?

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, inside sales, or a related field.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.

• Comfortable with both online and offline counseling.
