Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor with sales experience to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospective students into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Explain course details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.

• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Achieve individual sales and admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Required Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, counseling, education sales, or admission counseling.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales goals.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
