Role Overview:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, resolving their queries, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.

• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.

• Explain fee structure, admission process, and documenta on requirements.

• Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and admission drives when required.

• Build strong relationships with students for be er engagement and retention

• Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission journey

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the database accordingly. • Achieve the desired number of Zoom meetings and lead assignment targets.
