Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role involves a combination of field sales, lead generation, client interaction, relationship management, and business development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting prospects in person, generating new business opportunities, and converting leads into successful admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales, direct visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.

• Meet prospective customers/clients and understand their requirements.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales/admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate and close leads.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the internal counselling/sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, seminars, and on-ground marketing campaigns.

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, education sales, real estate, banking, telecom, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Candidates should be willing to travel for field sales activities.
