सेल्स एकेडमिक काउंसलर

We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Techpaathshala. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads daily.

• Briefly introduce TechPaathshala and our training programs.

• Invite and convince prospective students to visit the academy for a counseling session.

• Schedule and confirm walk-in appointments.

• Follow up with interested students who have not visited the academy.

• Send appointment confirmations through WhatsApp and SMS.

• Update call status and walk-in bookings in the CRM or Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the admissions team regarding scheduled walk-ins.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in booking targets.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all prospects.

  Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude and confidence while speaking over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills,Lead Generation,Cold Calling is an added advantage.
