We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective learners through our academic programs, address their queries, and help them make informed enrollment decisions. The role requires strong communication skills, goal orientation, and the ability to build rapport over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via outbound and inbound calls
Understand students’ academic background and career goals to recommend suitable programs
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain engagement throughout the admission process
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain daily talk time and productivity benchmarks
Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Handle objections and provide clear information regarding courses, fees, and career outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in education sales
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
Ability to maintain high daily talk time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
