Role Summary

We are hiring dynamic & highly motivated Professional Training Counsellors with excellent communication skills This role is ideal for freshers and early professionals (0–2 years) who are passionate about consultative sales, career counselling, and global client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel working professionals from UAE & GCC markets through calls, video meetings & WhatsApp

• Deliver high-quality career consultations with excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Understand learner objectives and recommend tailored learning solutions

• Handle inbound & outbound international leads

• Achieve monthly enrollment & revenue targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-ups

• Build long-term professional relationships with global learners

• Coordinate with marketing & academic teams for campaign execution

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Tier-1 English mandatory)

• Strong presentation, articulation & listening skills

• Interest in international sales & consulting roles

• Good negotiation & persuasion skills

• Goal-oriented with high energy, ownership & accountability

Eligibility & Preferred Profile

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience

• Graduates / Postgraduates in any discipline

• Prior experience in EdTech / BPO / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement / Education Consulting is a plus

• Strong interest in UAE / international market exposure

• Strong Excellent Communication Skills
